Mold Testing Special

Safe Homes Inspection Services encompasses a wide variety of options to service the community. We always try to serve the wishes of our clients. An Indoor Air Quality Assessment to determine whether there is mold present or not, but to look for the root cause of the problem and why it happened. How far it has spread and what it will take to fix the root of the problem.

Sometimes the situation requires very little effort and can be served by just sampling for mold alone. If the problem and location of the suspect mold are very obvious then this might be an option. We offer a special for mold tesing only.

Mold Testing Only

Mold Testing Special $335.00

Includes the following:

We will take three samples. Two at the client directed locations and one outside as a reference.
A lab report will be sent directly to the client within two or three days after the lab receives the samples.
A verbal analysis of the lab results will be explained in detail by a certified mold accessor.

Note: Mold Testing as described above differs from a mold assessment.
