Some Home Inspectors will request you test for them, but the possibility is almost always nil. It depends upon the State. I personally do not recommend this process but it is an allowable alternative to removal of the toxic substance.

In conclusion, it is important when you rent or buy a house built prior to 1978 to have it tested for "Lead Paint". Our children are the future and need to be protected now to make sure they develop into healthy individuals so they can lead a normal life. They are our future.
