What is an Allergen Safe Home?

Allergens are a cause of triggers for asthma and allergies. It is our goal during an inspection to help reduce the allergen level in the home. That is why it is called a "Safe Home". All safe homes have an allergen free zone area for the person who has Asthma or Allergies. Ths enables  the individual to manage their asthma and allergies. We work with Doctors who specialize in Asthma and Allergies. Our allergen report helps the Allergy Doctor diagnose and solve their allergen problem by looking at their safe home environment and what is in it.

How We Make A Allergen Safe Home:

Testing of the Home For Allergens such as fiberglass, dust mites, mold, chemicals and other allergens in the air. Our program includes an "Allergen Remediation Program" which will help drop the allergen load for the Allergy or Asthma individual to give it a Allergy Free Zone.

Benefits of an Allergen Safe Home:

It protects the home's occupants from allergens such as mold, dust mites and other allergens and gives them a better lifestyle in a Safe Home. A properly constructed Safe Home will have increased energy savings giving it the new "Green" features that are part of the LEED Program. It improves the Indoor Air Quality which also enhances the value of the home in a time when home values are declining.
