New York, NY – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has moved its three public meetings on its hydraulic fracturing study to the Oncenter Complex Convention Center in Syracuse, New York. The date and times of the three meetings remain the same: the 3 sessions will be held 8 a.m
